Last week, Choralis and Grant Thornton welcomed over 100 finance professionals to our annual FD Forum. Hosted at GT’s Head Office in Central London, the evening was a massive success and a great time was had by all.

After everyone was welcomed with a glass of wine, Head of Tax and Fiscal Policy with the CBI, Richard Woolhouse got the evening off to a spectacular start. Discussing the economic outlook for 2012 and the challenges involved for businesses, everyone was treated to an invaluable insight into what the forthcoming year has in store.
Following this, Olympic gold medallist Zac Purchase gave an inspirational speech about what it’s like to be one of the most talented athletes in Britain. Having been appointed Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in recognition to his services to sport, Zac reminisced about his success in Beijing, his first ever Olympic games and also detailed the everyday challenges and pressures that he faces.
