Edinburgh Half Marathon 2012

Here at Choralis we like to do our bit for charity and help out wherever we can. Having taken part in last year’s Leatherhead Bikeathon, Tim Woodburn has decided to take things a step further this year by competing in the Edinburgh Half Marathon. At 8am on Sunday 27th May 2012, Tim will run over 13 miles on a route that has been voted the fastest marathon in the UK by Runners World.

All the sponsorship money that Tim raises will be kindly donated to the Queen Elizabeth Foundation. QEF works hard to support people living with physical and learning disabilities so that they can gain new skills and learn how to become more independent. Whether it’s by adopting everyday life skills, learning to drive a specially adapted car or training for future employment, QEF help disabled people to achieve their life goals.

If you would like to show your support and make a donation to QEF, please visit Tim’s Just Giving Page. All contributions no matter how big or small can make the world of difference and will be greatly appreciated. We will keep you updated with any fundraising progress and will also let you know how Tim gets on in the big day.
