It’s not rocket science matching candidates to clients’ job vacancies, but it takes experience and knowledge to know what to look for and what our Clients want and need from their next employee.

We utilise all the traditional methods of recruitment and candidate attraction focussing heavily of referrals and internet applications. Our staff are trained in competency based interviews and can add value to the interview process, effectively carrying out a first Client interview where required.

Firstly, we screen every single candidate over the telephone to ascertain whether they are a suitable match to the role we are trying to fill. We then meet all candidates which we feel are suitable for putting forward for our client’s vacancies.

We also offer a retained service to our clients and are happy to advertise specialist roles within the National press as well as internet advertising.
