Choralis Consulting have instructions to recruit a Sales Ledger/Credit Control Manager
The company is a rapidly growing services business, based in North (central London). The company have recently made acquisitions and due to this growth this new role is being recruited.
The position:- Ideally available at short notice you will pick up full responsibility for the smooth running of the sales ledger department and credit control function. Overseeing the accounts receivable functions for the new acquisitions, applying and implementing 'best practice' across accounts receivable and credit control areas.
Full review of order to cash processes, Weekly Sales Ledger ageing analysis reports,
preparation monthly billing cycles, prepare and deliver full and accurate month end Receivable transactions reports. Produce and update cash forecasts based on actual debtors and sales forecasts.
The person:- ideally available at short notice this is a new role and key to the companies continued success. You will have held a senior Sales Ledger/Credit Control role for at least 3 to 5 years and be comfortable hitting the ground running. A hands on get involved approach with a proven record track record of collections and applying best practice controls to ensure the collections process works effectively. Managing and Mentoring a small team during this busy growth period.
