Choralis Consulting have instructions to recruit a Projects Manager - Mergers & Acquisitions.
The company:- This is a young, dynamic and exciting international marketing and communications organisation, currently expanding into the UK markets. The Role:- Requires local support in the M&A team to help realise pre and post acquisition and integration objectives. This is a position for an executive, comfortable supporting the board of directors and M&A activities in the UK as well. Experience of operating with board level professionals is important, assisting with M&A integration growth, ensuring the right focus at the right time and forge strong relationships. Assist with creating and drive integration programmes, manage day to day operations with support functions and management teams, with the skills to take initiative, anticipate needs and potential risks to provide sound solutions.
The person:- Graduate, commercial projects manager/executive with at least 3-5 years in a similar role supporting senior executives and M&A activities. Comfortable getting involved with a hands-on approach assisting with integration and rapid growth of the platform in the UK.
You will act as executive assistant/project manager consultant, facilitator, communicator, building strong relationships between businesses. Effectively project manage engagements including overseeing high-quality deliverables, highlighting risks and finding solutions to potential delays. provide high-level administrative support to Board level and assist in preparing and managing presentations and decks.
