Choralis Consulting have instructions to recruit a Human Resources Manager.
The company:- are an exciting young telecom/electronics business. Founded 15 years ago by some of the industries leading executives,the Group employ over 400 across Europe and have operations all over the World. They generate revenues in access of £60m and are experiencing rapid growth.
The Role:- is to plan, direct, and coordinate the administrative HR function of the UK operations. You will oversee the recruitment,interviewing,and hiring of new staff across sales, marketing, administration, Finance and IT. Consult with top executives on strategic planning; and serve as a link between the company's management and its employees.
Areas will also cover:- Compensation and benefits, Training and development, update all HR legislation re:- policies/regulations.
The person:- ideally graduate and or a suitably qualified HR professional with at least 3-5 years previous HR management experience. Comfortable managing day to day HR administration, manage discipline and grievance issues tactfully/diplomatically and co-ordinate all H&R activities. You will drive best practices across the department, delivering a world class HR service and act as first point of contact with senior executives for all Human Resources activities. This role is an urgent requirement with a start date asap. Ideally you will be immediately available,on a short term notice period or have a maximum of 1 month's notice.
