Choralis Consulting have instructions to recruit a Commercial FP&A Manager

The Company:- Is a leading international multi-channel retailer. The company was founded over 25 years ago and the group generate revenues in access of £400m.It employs a workforce of over 3000 from over 1200 sites. Their customers list as some of the biggest corporates in their sector. In the UK, the company operates from over 200 outlets and manufacturing sites which serves some of the UK's leading corporates in their sector.

The Role:- will be responsible for providing insightful analysis and clearly be able to present and communicate their findings to impact the decision making process. Support projects implement digital technologies, weekly analysis reporting, working closely with Finance /Operations /Marketing /Procurement and commercial teams. Track multiple trial results and make informed decisions to roll out plans. Assist stakeholders to understand performance, reduction, labour, variances, costings and how all elements effect business results. Consolidate data from multiple sources and perform analysis which will be used to inform pricing strategies.

The person:- Graduate, qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA with at least 3-5 years in a similar role. Ideally from a multi site FMCG background, a strong analyst with an eye for detail and strong communication skills. Comfortable challenging how things are done and provide meaningful analysis to assist the business decision making process. Working in a fast paced
environment, using your initiative and influencing skills to achieve results. Advanced excel skills.
