Finance Director

Choralis Consulting have instructions to recruit a Finance Director.

The company: Is an immediately recognisable name in its field generating revenues in access of £50m. With ambitious plans to grow the business to £100m over the next 3-5 years the managing director is looking for a strong FD to join the business

The role: Is a board appointment and will be to manage all financial aspects of this fast-growing, international commercial business. Managing a team of 20, you will implement strong controls and best practices to ensure robust processes are in place to protect the business from risks. Thoroughly understand business drivers and provide meaningful financial analysis acting as a business partner/advisor to the MD. Responsible for all UK GAAP reporting and financial transactions of the business through annual budget and periodic forecasts, year end and statutory reporting.

The person;- Fully qualified ACA,ACCA,CIMA, all round finance knowledge and experience of management accounting, F,&A, financial accounting, tax and VAT. A strong communicator/influencer, comfortable leading from the front and taking early responsibility
for business issues and team development. Experienced managing teams, highly commercial and previous experience at Board level preferred. Experience of e-commerce/retail/FMCG.
