The company:- Is a highly successful law firm based in central London. A partner led team of legal experts, established over 20 years ago. They are the 'go-to experts' in their specialist field and represent 'high profile', 'high value' corporate disputes around the world. The company generate multi million £ revenues and employ a teams through corporate governance, litigation, international arbitration, civil fraud and asset recovery.

The role:- is to be the point of contact for all financial operations of the business. Lead, drive, implement best practices and integration of new systems, controls and processes, adding value across financial control and streamline. Full financial responsibility, for month quarter and year end accounting, monthly reporting of financials P&L, balance sheet and cashflow, risk and operations, against a rigorous plan, Audit, governance, and compliance - establish, maintain and test financial processes to satisfy audits and achieve financial performance indicators debtor, cash management and payment processes.

The person:- Graduate, qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with at least 5-8 years previous experience of working in a law firm. Well presented, confident and outgoing, comfortable leading from the front and driving processes and controls. Comfortable challenging 'how things are done', and familiarity with solicitors rules. Mentoring and managing a small team, to achieve goals and targets, a strong problem solver with an eye for detail.
