The company:- With nearly 20 years in the Telecoms Services space, our client is one of the fastest growing companies in the UK. Over the last 5 years they have expanded all over the UK and further Europe. The company provide Operational, Technical and maintenance support, network implementation, design and Optimisation services to some of the biggest names in the Telecoms arena. incl:- BT, O2,EE, Nokia and Ericsson. With a network of support offices in the Midlands, North West and headquartered in Cambridge, the business is now ready to roll out further expansion plans and continues to enjoy a market leading position.

The role:- Reporting to the CEO, the Business Lead is responsible for sales lead generation and customer engagement primarily for new accounts. The role contributes to the strategic direction of the business plan and aware of market developments.
Responsible for potential customer engagements, monitor and track trends, maintain close, trusting relationships, provide support and direction as appropriate to facilitate business progress. Comfortable seeking out major client accounts and forming working relationships with key decision makers. Overseeing and managing the leads/ RFQs and converting them into POs with support from Delivery and the sales team. Preparation of business case approvals,lead designated customer accounts for sales generation, maximising company profits for direct managed accounts.
Supporting the development of sales strategies to stay competitive and innovative

The person:- Graduate, suitably qualified with significant knowledge and experience in the telecoms market.
A key high flyer with demonstrable career performance, you will drive a robust sales programme with the CEO to achieve targets and goals. A strong communicator/ influencer, comfortable making presentations and building business cases to secure new contracts and establish relationships with key decision makers in customer organizations.
With the ability to understand and navigate the way through the UK telecommunications market
Strong marketing skills, spot opportunities and apply the most appropriate strategies to maximize conversion of opportunities into revenue realization.

You will have a strong understanding of managing B2B customer accounts and continued customer relationship management.
