Tim is the joint founder of Choralis and has a strong background in Accounting and Finance Recruitment. With a law degree and 11 years’ experience at Robert Half under his belt, Tim was well qualified to set up a finance and IT recruitment company. As well as managing the general day-to-day running of Choralis, Tim is responsible for new business development, client management and filling senior finance roles.
Nick began his career in finance recruitment as a consultant for Hays in 1987. He went on to set up the Ealing office for Page Personnel and then progressed to managing offices for some of the most recognisable finance recruitment firms in the UK.

Laura is our Finance Director and is responsible for managing every aspect of our finances from overseeing the preparation of financial reports and executing cash management strategies to looking after any matters that can affect the financial health of the company. Laura is a commercially aware accountant with a breadth of experience that has been gained across a number of different sectors.
Prior to joining Choralis, Charli worked as a Regional Co-Ordinator and Project Manager and has vast experience supporting individuals through career change, offering valuable client and customer service and practicing team and project management.
Charli has joined Choralis as a Recruitment Resourcer and is responsible for sourcing top quality candidates we can place into our vacancies.
After completing a degree in Journalism, Monique began her career in Online Marketing. With eight years of experience in copywriting and SEO, Monique is responsible for all of our marketing activities from maintaining the website and writing content to producing the monthly newsletter, helping to organise events and analysing website traffic.
